My journey has been shaped by a combination of global exposure, hands-on business experience, and a deep respect for the values that have guided my family for generations. Born and raised in Mumbai, I developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, leadership, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. After completing my International Baccalaureate at Aditya Birla World Academy, I pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Westminster, London, where I gained a broader understanding of international markets and business opportunities.

My professional career began at Adani Capital, where I developed valuable experience in finance, strategy, and business operations before transitioning into the family business. Joining MSuresh Group allowed me to immerse myself in every aspect of the diamond value chain—from rough diamond sourcing in Botswana and Namibia to manufacturing operations in Surat and jewellery production in Mumbai. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to lead and grow our Australian retail business, including the Zamels and Mazzucchelli's brands, while building relationships across industries, governments, and global markets.

Along the way, I have been fortunate to learn from entrepreneurs, policymakers, industry leaders, and accomplished individuals whose insights continue to influence my thinking. These experiences have reinforced my belief that long-term success is built on trust, continuous learning, strong partnerships, and the courage to adapt in a changing world. Today, I remain committed to carrying forward the legacy established by my father, Lalit Adani, and the founding partners of MSuresh Group, while exploring new opportunities that will contribute to the future growth and evolution of the business.
