As part of the leadership team at MSuresh Group, Chaitya oversees key operations across diamond sourcing, manufacturing, retail, and international business development, spanning Africa, India, Australia, and global markets.

Born and raised in Mumbai (formerly Bombay), Chaitya completed his International Baccalaureate education at Aditya Birla World Academy before pursuing a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Westminster, London. His education provided a strong international perspective and laid the foundation for a career focused on business growth, leadership, and global expansion.

Before joining the family business, Chaitya gained valuable professional experience at Adani Capital, where he developed expertise in finance, strategic decision-making, business operations, and corporate leadership. The experience played a significant role in shaping his business mindset and prepared him for the diverse responsibilities he would later assume within the MSuresh Group.

Today, Chaitya Adani MSuresh leadership responsibilities span the entire diamond value chain. He oversees rough diamond procurement operations and manufacturing facilities in Botswana and Namibia, working closely with respected African political leaders, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers within the global diamond ecosystem.
Through strong relationships and long-term partnerships, he remains committed to strengthening the business despite the evolving dynamics of the international diamond industry.

Deeply involved in manufacturing excellence, Chaitya takes a hands-on interest in the diamond polishing process at the Group's advanced facilities in Surat, India. He is equally involved in jewelry manufacturing operations in Mumbai, where products are crafted for international markets, including exports to the United States and distribution through the company's extensive Australian retail network.

A major part of Chaitya's leadership role involves overseeing the Australian retail division, which operates more than 70 retail stores across the country. The portfolio includes two of Australia's most recognized jewelry and luxury brands — Zamels and Mazzucchelli's. Through these businesses, he continues to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while expanding the Group's presence in the luxury jewelry and watch segments.

Beyond operational leadership, Chaitya is passionate about learning from entrepreneurs, business builders, policymakers, and accomplished global leaders. He frequently engages with heads of state, economic advisors, and industry experts to discuss emerging market opportunities, economic trends, and future expansion initiatives for MSuresh Group. He strongly believes that long-term success is built through meaningful relationships, continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to changing global environments.

Outside the business world, Chaitya is an avid sports enthusiast. He actively participates in cricket and proudly leads MSuresh teams in various cricket tournaments and leagues. He is also a dedicated football fan and a rapidly developing competitive padel player, embracing the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that sport brings into everyday life and leadership.

Family remains at the heart of everything he does. Chaitya enjoys spending quality time and travelling with his wife, child, parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews. He believes that strong family values provide the foundation for personal fulfillment, leadership, and long-term success.
